Charismatic, manipulative, and profoundly elitist, Seraphina is the public face of the Grand Arcane Bank. She is a master of high-society intrigue and can navigate a ballroom with more skill than a general navigates a battlefield. She believes that wealth is the only true form of power.

Secret Motives

Seraphina is a high-level enchanter who uses the bank's concentrated Aether-vibrations to maintain a subtle "Mass Suggestion" over the Gilded Quarter. This ensures that the wealthy elite remain absolutely loyal to House Valerius and never question the artificial Aether shortage affecting the rest of the city.

Combat Tactics

In combat, Seraphina focuses on charms and illusions to force her enemies to protect her or attack one another. She can "confiscate" magical effects, dispelling an active spell on a player and gaining temporary hit points equal to the spell's level. She always has a pair of Warden X-7 constructs nearby as her final line of defense.
