Void Step (3/Day).Silas can teleport up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space he can see. He becomes semi-transparent until the start of his next turn, gaining resistance to all damage except force and radiant.

Captain Silas the "Wraith"

Title: Master of The Translucent Shadow
Role: Silas is a man of indeterminate race who rarely shows his face, always wrapped in a cloak of shifting Aether-silk. His ship, The Translucent Shadow, is made of a rare type of Aether-wood that can become semi-transparent, making it nearly invisible at night. He specializes in stealth missions and "impossible" thefts.

Secret Motivation: Silas is a "Void-Walker"—a person whose soul is partially anchored in the Mana Wastes. He is using his ship to transport "Void-Shards" from Fortune's Lake to secret laboratories in Kigum. He believes that the Void is the only thing that can truly kill a dragon, and he is trying to build a "Void-Cannon" to defend the seas from the First Brood.

Adventure Hook: Silas’s ship is "stuck" in a state of transparency and cannot return to the physical world. He hires the party to find a "Void-Stabilizer" in a nearby ruin to help him "solidify" his ship.
