"Old Man" Silas

  • Role: The Blind Oracle
  • Description: A veteran scavenger who lost his sight to a "Solar Flare" from a ruptured Aether-Node thirty years ago. He is rarely seen without his cane made of petrified Mana-Drain Vine.
  • The Hook: Despite his blindness, Silas can "see" Aether Currents with uncanny precision. He sells "Route Maps" to scavengers, though he always warns that "the currents change like the wind." He is the only person known to have entered the Wastes over a hundred times and survived.
