Lord Elrion

Title: Overseer of Dorey
Role: Elrion is a young and ambitious elven noble who has been tasked with managing the city of Dorey, which is the closest enclave to the border of the Mana Wastes. He is a progressive thinker who believe that the elves should be more active in the world, and he has been secretly establishing trade routes with Fortune's Lake Town.

Secret Motivation: Elrion is a secret member of the "Disrupters," a group that wants to break the power of the major cities and the influence of the dragons. He is using the trade with Fortune's Lake to smuggle "Anti-Magic field generators" into the Enclaves, which he plans to use to neutralize Xylira’s influence. He believes that the only way to save his people is to "disconnect" them from the World-Tree.

Adventure Hook: Elrion hires the party to "protect" a caravan of "exotic fruits" (actually anti-magic tech) from a group of "bandits" (Wardens of the Canopy who are onto him).
