Cunning Action.On each of his turns, Krik can use a bonus action to take the Dash, Disengage, or Hide action.
Sneak Attack (1/Turn).Krik deals an extra 17 (5d6) damage when he hits a target with a weapon attack and has advantage on the attack roll, or when the target is within 5 feet of an ally of Krik that isn't incapacitated and Krik doesn't have disadvantage on the attack roll.
Slippery Escape.Krik has advantage on Dexterity (Acrobatics) checks made to escape a grapple.

Actions

Multiattack.Krik makes two attacks with his Hidden Daggers.
Hidden Dagger.Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d4 + 5) piercing damage plus 10 (3d6) poison damage.
Smoke Bomb (Recharge 5-6).Krik throws a smoke bomb at a point within 30 feet. A 20-foot-radius sphere of thick smoke spreads around the point. The area is heavily obscured. The smoke lasts for 1 minute or until a wind of moderate or greater speed (at least 10 miles per hour) disperses it.

Krik the Smuggler-King

Krik is the charismatic and opportunistic Kobold ruler of "The Undermart," the premier black market hub in the Deep-Strands. While Zik-Zik builds the tunnels, Krik ensures they are filled with the finest (and most illegal) goods from both the surface and the depths. Krik is a master of disguise and has dozens of "identities" he uses to move through surface cities undetected.

Krik is not a member of the Sub-Terran Accord by choice; he is tolerated because his smuggling network provides the Accord with components they cannot manufacture themselves. He is a flamboyant figure, often wearing colorful silks and jewelry that contrast sharply with the utilitarian aesthetic of the Accord.

Secret Motivation: Krik is secretly funneling profits from the Undermart into an "Aether-Boat" project, hoping to one day lead a fleet of kobold explorers into the Void.

Adventure Hook: Krik's most trusted lieutenant has made off with a shipment of "Soul-Gems" destined for a powerful surface necromancer. Krik offers the party a "Permanent Discount Card" at the Undermart if they can recover the gems before the necromancer loses patience.
