Secret Motivation: Jora’s family was killed during a Steamfort "cleansing operation" in the North. She is a member of the "Disrupters" and uses her position in the Vanguard to target Steamfort’s industrial interests. she is currently planning a "Grand Sabotage" of Steamfort’s newest dreadnought, the Iron Anvil.
