Nixie the Deep-Diver

Title: Scavenger of the Sunless Sea
Role: Nixie is a dwarf who specializes in exploring the flooded tunnels and underground lakes beneath Dal-Dur. She is a master of underwater navigation and has a set of enchanted "Diver’s Lungs" that allow her to breathe underwater for hours. She makes a living by recovering lost artifacts and "Glow-Coral" for the city’s alchemists.

Secret Motivation: Nixie has found an underwater entrance to a "Dragon-Sanctuary" that predates the Age of Ruin. Inside, she found a "Golden Egg" that is radiating intense heat. She has been "visiting" the egg and feels a strange connection to it. She is worried that the city’s mining operations will eventually breach the sanctuary and destroy the egg, so she is looking for someone to help her relocate it.

Adventure Hook: Nixie approaches the party with a "treasure map" that leads to the Sunless Sea. She needs their help to navigate the dangerous underwater tunnels and "secure" the egg.
