Captain Celebros

Title: Commander of the Winged Shield
Role: Celebros leads the elite elven rangers who ride giant owls and griffins. He is responsible for patrolling the borders of the Enclaves and preventing any "industrial pollution" from Steamfort or "magical contamination" from Kigum from entering the forests. He is a man of intense discipline and pride.

Secret Motivation: Celebros is a secret admirer of Steamfort’s technology. He found a broken Aether-Rifle during a patrol and has been secretly teaching himself how to use it. He believes that the elves need to adapt to the new world if they are to survive, and he is looking for a "technological partner" who can help him upgrade his riders’ equipment.

Adventure Hook: Celebros asks the party to help him "recover" a shipment of Aether-Steel that was "lost" in the forest. He tells them it's for "defensive fortifications," but he actually wants to use it to build a new type of mechanical owl.
