Legendary Resistance (3/Day).If the Void-Speaker fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Reality-Warping Presence. The area within 30 feet of the Void-Speaker is difficult terrain for all creatures other than the Void-Speaker. Any creature that starts its turn in this area must succeed on a DC 21 Intelligence saving throw or be affected by a 'Confusion' spell until the start of its next turn.
Void-Iron Shell. The Void-Speaker has resistance to all damage except psychic (which it is immune to) and radiant damage.

Actions

Multiattack. The Void-Speaker makes three Void Pulse attacks. It can replace one attack with a use of Reality Rend.
Void Pulse.Ranged Spell Attack: +16 to hit, range 150 ft., one target. Hit: 36 (8d6 + 8) force damage plus 18 (4d8) psychic damage. The target must succeed on a DC 24 Intelligence saving throw or be stunned until the end of its next turn.
Reality Rend (Recharge 5-6).The Void-Speaker tears a hole in the fabric of existence in a 40-foot radius centered on a point it can see within 120 feet. Each creature in that area must make a DC 24 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, a creature takes 91 (26d6) force damage and is banished to a harmless demiplane until the end of the Void-Speaker's next turn. On a success, the creature takes half as much damage and is not banished.
Telepathic Scream (1/Day).The Void-Speaker releases a psychic blast of absolute entropy. Each creature within 120 feet of it must make a DC 24 Wisdom saving throw, taking 110 (20d10) psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. Creatures that fail the save are also blinded and deafened for 1 minute.

Legendary Actions

Void Jaunt. The Void-Speaker teleports up to 60 feet to an unoccupied space it can see.
Shatter Sanity. The Void-Speaker makes one Void Pulse attack.
Spatial Collapse (Costs 3 Actions). The Void-Speaker chooses a point it can see within 60 feet. Each creature within 20 feet of that point must succeed on a DC 24 Strength saving throw or be pulled to the center of the area and take 44 (8d10) force damage.

The Void-Speaker

The Void-Speaker is the mutated, fanatical leader of the Echoes of Ruin, a faction composed of those who have survived exposure to the most corrupted depths of the Mana Wastes. His body is a horrifying fusion of flesh and crystalline Void-Iron, and his eyes have been replaced by two pulsing, purple gems that seem to leak a fine mist of necrotic energy. He is no longer a man; he is a living anchor for the Void, a reality-warper whose very existence causes the laws of physics to stutter and fail.

He claims to be the "Herald of the Final Silence," preaching that the Aether is a poison and that the only true peace can be found in the total annihilation of the material plane. His "voice" is a psychic intrusion that can shatter the minds of lesser beings, leaving them as mindless husks or obedient servants of the Void.

Secret Motivation: The Void-Speaker is actually a former Kigum High Mage who attempted to find a way to "cleanse" the Mana Wastes. Instead, the wastes cleansed him of his sanity. He is now a living host for a Void-Ego—a sentient, non-biological intelligence from the Void that is using his knowledge of Kigum’s defenses to plan a massive, coordinated attack on the city's Aether Node, intending to use the city's power to "invert" reality.

Adventure Hook: A series of "psychic massacres" has occurred in the frontier towns near the Mana Wastes. The survivors all report seeing a figure with "gemstone eyes" who didn't kill with blades, but with a single, silent word that made reality dissolve. The party is tasked by the Kigum Council to assassinate the Speaker before he can reach the city walls.
