Ecology

The Automaton Enforcer is a standard-issue security construct utilized by the High Bureaucracy and the Grand Arcane Bank. They are designed for non-lethal crowd control, security patrols, and the apprehension of bureaucratic rule-breakers. They are efficient, literal-minded, and entirely without mercy or emotion.

Combat Mechanics

Enforcers prioritize the use of "Red Tape" nets to restrain and grapple targets. They carry non-lethal shock-prods that deal lightning damage and can stun an opponent. They are linked to a central hive-mind alarm system; if one Enforcer is attacked, all others within the sector are immediately alerted and will converge on the location. They are resistant to psychic damage but vulnerable to hacking or Arcana-based overrides.

Loot

An intact Enforcer can be scavenged for its "Enforcer Badge," a small brass device that grants the wearer limited access to restricted bureaucratic areas and a +2 bonus to Persuasion checks when dealing with low-level clerks.
