Shell-Buckler

Shell-Buckler
Armor (shield), common
The Shell-Buckler is a lightweight, circular shield favored by the Briar-Kin of The Shrouded Boughs. It is crafted from a single, heat-treated section of a Giant Iridescent Beetle’s wing-case. The material is surprisingly strong, capable of deflecting arrows and talons, while being light enough to not hinder the aerial maneuvers of leaf-kite glidists.
Properties
Lightweight: While wielding this shield, you do not suffer disadvantage on Stealth checks.
Aetheric Deflection: If you are hit by a spell attack that deals radiant or force damage, you can use your reaction to reduce the damage by 1d4.
Iridescent Glare: As a bonus action, you can angle the shield to catch the light. One creature within 5 feet must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution save or be Blinded until the end of its next turn. This property can only be used in bright light.
